Nice to meet you. My name’s Josh and I’m currently an ACD at a prestigious shopper experience agency in NYC. I lead a group of incredibly talented designers to execute our deliverables which on any given day may look like full shopper programs, key visual designs, in store displays, microsites, or social ads.
My day to day consists of me developing key visuals, writing copy & rationale, assessing strategy, managing time lines, mentoring designers, and presents to clients all with the big picture in mind.
My process consists of sketching ideas, scribbling copy together, and then working magically to conjure the design. If I had a superpower, it would be to distill ideas down to their simplest form. The core of my work is telling a cohesive story by orchestrating strategic insights, meaningful copy, and impactful visuals together to form that delicate balance of “wow” and “I get it”.
My past experience in branding, packaging, and production for some of the world’s largest brands provide a perfect storm of knowledge and tools for his latest challenge in the retail marketing world.
Thanks for taking the time!
15 years of experience ranging from branding to packaging to shopper marketing. Strategizing the marketing goals and brief, sketching the various creative territories that answer this brief, and leading a team to execute all of this are skills Josh has been honing for years.
Beautiful and insightful visuals need copy to tie everything together. Being a designer with an eye for copy gives an edge on the competition as design and copy need to strike a balance on the final layout.
Designing the perfect program without thinking of how it will be executed is a fruitless exercise. Josh’s full knowledge of print production allow a 360 degree perspective on the entire design process from concept to completion.
